Terms of Service

1. The service

crenya is an AI-assisted coding IDE and API ("the Service") provided by Codfatherlogic LLP ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You need an account to use paid features. Keep your credentials secure; one account per person. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Plans, payment and renewal

• One-time purchase (the default). A purchase activates the plan for its stated period (30 days; 1 day for the trial pass). Nothing is charged again. When the plan lapses you move to the free tier until you choose to buy again.
• Auto-renew (optional, only if you turn it on). You may instead authorise a recurring mandate through Razorpay (UPI Autopay or card). If you do, the plan price is charged automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. We store the Razorpay subscription id so you can manage it. Cancel any time from the console — cancelling stops all future charges and you keep the plan until the period you already paid for ends.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. All displayed prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Usage is subject to the plan's request/credit allowances and fair-use limits shown in the console.

4. Acceptable use

Don't abuse the Service: no reselling API access, no attempting to bypass usage metering or rate limits, no illegal content, no attacking the Service or other users. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Your code and content

Your code stays yours. We claim no ownership over code you write, index, or generate with the Service. See the Privacy Policy for how code and data are processed and how to delete them.

6. Availability and changes

The Service is provided "as is". We work hard on reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change features over time. AI output can be wrong — review generated code before relying on it.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the registered office of Codfatherlogic LLP have jurisdiction.
